Food Processing Wastewater Treatment Plant in İzmir, Türkiye
Industrial Wastewater Treatment for Food Processing – 40 m³/Day
The Project
AAA Wastewater Treatment Systems has successfully installed and commissioned a wastewater treatment plant for a food processing and preservation company in İzmir, Türkiye.
The facility specializes in pickled vegetables and other preserved food products. Its wastewater treatment requirements include both industrial process wastewater and domestic wastewater generated at the site.
The treatment plant has a capacity of 40 m³/day and combines mechanical, chemical and biological treatment processes in one integrated system.
Three Treatment Stages – One Integrated Solution
Mechanical Pre-Treatment: Screening and removal of solid particles prepare the incoming wastewater for subsequent treatment.
Chemical Treatment: Chemical-physical treatment is adapted to the characteristics of wastewater generated by food processing and preservation.
Biological Treatment – SBR: Sequencing Batch Reactor technology provides biological treatment of the remaining wastewater load.
From Engineering to Operation
From wastewater assessment and process selection to manufacturing, installation and commissioning, the project reflects AAA’s approach to developing wastewater treatment solutions tailored to specific industrial requirements.
With the plant now operating, the project has successfully progressed from engineering to practical implementation.
Wastewater Treatment for the Food Industry
Food processing and preservation facilities can generate wastewater with characteristics that require carefully selected treatment processes. AAA develops customized industrial wastewater treatment solutions based on the actual requirements of each application.
